The Chadberg model is the result of many years of research and experience in accompanying transcultural endeavours in organisations developed by Peter Chadwick and Pia Moberg. The aim of the model is to qualify different facets of culture using simple 1-5 scales. Once “fluffy” behavioural characteristics are qualified in this way, we obtain a common understanding across cultures which is used to align expectations. This alignment reduces risks of misunderstandings, leaving the way clear for powerful transcultural cooperation.
